How FantaFort Updates Results and Player Prices
The sources, refresh intervals and safeguards behind tournament scores and virtual market prices.
Tournament synchronization
FantaFort reads tournament definitions, windows, leaderboards, account identifiers and session history from the public Osirion API. Automated synchronization runs approximately every 15 minutes. The interface may poll more frequently, but it always reflects the latest completed provider import.
Virtual price updates
Player prices use recent competitive form from the latest available events. They are gameplay values, not financial assets, earnings estimates or betting odds. The server validates the current price when an order is submitted and pauses trading when market data is stale.
Corrections and safeguards
Provider corrections can update historical results. Scores count only for events starting after acquisition. Cheating penalties are never inferred from missing sessions; they require a verified ruling and source. These rules favor traceability over pretending that public data is more complete than it is.
Sources and methodology
Competitive results come from Osirion. Implemented rules and data limits are documented on the How it works page.
